All items are printed and fulfilled on demand. We do not guarantee the availability of any product at a specific time, and we may discontinue or change products and pricing at our sole discretion without prior notice.

 

5. Orders, Payments, and Billing
 

By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges associated with that order, including taxes and shipping fees, using a valid payment method. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We accept various forms of electronic payment, and transactions are securely processed via our website’s integrated payment providers (such as Wix Payments and affiliated services).
 

Orders are subject to acceptance and may be canceled or limited at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, or violation of our policies.

Shipping times, fulfillment methods, and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy. All products are made to order through trusted partners such as Printify. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to address errors, the customer will be charged for reshipment.

 

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
 

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. To qualify for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and order details.

Cancellations are only accepted before the item enters the production stage. Once an item is in production, the order cannot be canceled. We do not issue refunds for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or delivery issues caused by the customer’s error.
