Because we operate as a print-on-demand e-commerce store, each item is uniquely created just for you. We partner with reputable production and logistics providers—including Printify and its global fulfillment partners—to ensure smooth, timely, and traceable deliveries.
Order Production and Fulfillment Timeline
All of our items are produced on demand, meaning your order is custom printed once it's placed and paid for. Standard production and fulfillment typically take 2 to 7 business days, depending on the item complexity, order volume, and the specific print provider involved. During peak holiday seasons or promotional sales, fulfillment may extend up to 10 business days due to high demand.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. We’ll keep you informed via email if production is expected to exceed normal timeframes.
Shipping Timeframes by Region
After fulfillment is complete, your order will be handed off to a major carrier (such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, or a regional postal provider) for delivery.
For customers within the United States, we offer multiple shipping options. Economy shipping typically takes 4 to 8 business days following production. Standard shipping delivers within approximately 3 to 5 business days, and expedited shipping is available, which typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days after the package leaves the facility.
For international customers, shipping times vary based on destination. Orders shipped to Canada usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, while packages sent to the United Kingdom and European Union are typically delivered in 5 to 12 business days. Customers in Australia and New Zealand may expect their orders within 7 to 15 business days, while orders shipped to Asia, Africa, and South America can take anywhere from 10 to 25 business days, depending on customs and local delivery networks.
These timeframes do not include the production/fulfillment period and are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal service efficiency, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs and Rates
We understand the difficulty and hassle of paying for last-minute shipping prices. At LeosHinton, we prioritize free shipping across all of our brands to ensure that our customers enjoy their shopping experience and know exactly what they are paying for.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your unique tracking link. Tracking information generally becomes active within 24 to 48 hours of shipment. You can follow your order's progress either through the provided link or by visiting our order status page on our website.
If your order contains multiple products that are being fulfilled at different facilities, your items may be shipped separately. In these cases, each shipment will have its own tracking number and notification.
Delays and Unforeseen Disruptions
While we do our best to ensure all orders are delivered on time, certain external factors may cause unexpected delays. These include severe weather conditions, courier disruptions, customs inspections, or pandemic-related service interruptions.
We monitor shipments closely and will proactively notify you if your delivery is delayed significantly beyond the expected delivery window.
Address Accuracy & Shipping Failures
We kindly ask all customers to carefully review and confirm their shipping details before placing an order. If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. Additionally, we are unable to refund shipping charges for deliveries that are unsuccessful due to incorrect address information.

Shipping Limitations & Restrictions
At this time, due to international regulations, logistical limitations, and export restrictions, we do not ship to the following countries or regions: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, the Crimea region of Ukraine, and any other area currently embargoed or restricted by the United States or our fulfillment partners.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders)
For customers outside the United States, please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other local government fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost you pay at checkout, and LeosHinton is not responsible for covering these additional fees.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office prior to placing an order to avoid unexpected charges. If you choose to refuse a shipment due to customs fees, we can refund your product cost once the item is returned—but we will deduct any non-recoverable shipping or customs fees from your refund.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit—meaning it hasn’t moved or shown any new tracking updates for more than 10 days—please contact us and we’ll investigate the issue with the carrier.
In the case that a package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend:
